Rates

R600 per day for the main house which sleeps 2 adults with an e-suite bathroom. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge as well.

R700 per day extra for “The west wing” which peacefully accommodates 2 adults with an en-suite shower toilet and up to 6 kids in a separate room.

Dogs are R50 per day extra.

50% payment on confirmation of booking Balance due on the final day

General info for the house

Smalbaai cottage is a comfortable beach house with a simple rustic charm.There is a bit of a view and guests can hear the sea. It is in the second row of houses away from Smalbaai where kids can safely paddle or catch Klipvissies.

The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children but 4 adults and 4 children comfortably

There are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower and toilets

There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge that can be used as well as a kids room with 4 bunk beds and 2 pull-out mattresses.

There is a large covered braai area,sheltered from the wind and the rain that can seat 12 people if one moves the dining room table out.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but not allowed on beds and couches. There are no fences so its essential that dogs don't become a nuisance.

All towels and bedding supplied. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and even a small drinks fridge can be supplied for a small fee and a deposit.The house can be serviced daily if required

Cooking at the house

There are enough cooking utensils , pots and pans etc. The oven also works very well for baking and roasting.There is a 2-plate gas burner and the braai works very well too
